It looks slick, takes up little space and is very quiet. It is nice not having to listen to my old Maxtor drive's loud fan noise and vibration. The LCD light on the front of the drive could be a bit smaller and not as bright. By the way, at the time of this review the 640GB unit actually costs less than the 500GB unit, and they appear to be identical except the capacity.
